Job Responsibilities
Responsible for Incoming Inspection of all components / parts.
Responsible for FAIR First Article Inspection ReportCandidates profile
Requirements:
Should be Diploma /BE in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics having 1-2 yrs of experience in a component or connector industry.
Should be self motivated ,proactive and capable of managing priorities and tasks as delegated.
Exposure to Mechanical manufacturing processes -Machining, Die casting Moulding ,Plating and Component assembly.
Should be experience of Incoming quality inspection, Handling & use of different measuring instruments used in an incoming quality department like (Profile Projector, Calipers, Height Gauge, Micrometer, Go-no-go Gauges, pin Gauge ).
Should be experience of Component inspection , Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) specification, AQL Inspection plan, Quality Plans, First Article Inspection Report (FAIR), Calibration of instruments , SPC Statistical process control ,
Good exposure to Environmental, Mechanical ,Electrical and various other reliability tests
Exposure to ISO 9001 & AS9100 .
