Job Description

As a Business Development Executive/Education Counsellor, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth and promoting our comprehensive range of professional courses. You will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and providing exceptional counseling services to students and professionals seeking career-oriented training.

Responsibilities:

  1. Generate new leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through effective market research, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  2. Conduct counseling sessions to understand the training requirements of potential students and professionals and provide them with appropriate guidance on course selection.
  3. Promote our training programs and course offerings to potential customers, effectively addressing their queries and concerns.
  4. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively closing deals and converting prospects into enrolled students.
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, colleges, and educational institutions to drive business partnerships and increase enrolments.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
  8. Provide regular reports on sales activities, lead generation, and conversion rates to the management team.
  9. Represent ushasri group at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote our brand and generate leads.
  10. They must have domestic and international experience.

Requirements:

  1. Any bachelor’s degree.
  2. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education/training industry.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence customers effectively.
  4. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  5. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  6. Must have a go-better attitude, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
